Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can change your cookie choices at any time. We make this straightforward - no buried dark patterns and no infinite "accept all" loops.
- Open the cookie banner from the small "Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
- Toggle categories on or off - essential cookies stay on because the site cannot function without them, but analytics and preference cookies can be disabled independently.
- Save your choices. We store your decision in
vr_consent for six months so you are not asked again on every visit.
- Revisit anytime if you change your mind. Removing the
vr_consent cookie also resets the banner on your next visit.
Browser-Level Cookie Controls
You can also block, delete, or restrict cookies at the browser level. Each major browser handles this slightly differently:

Please note: if you block all cookies, including essential ones, you will not be able to sign in to Valor Romance or use private messaging. We recommend blocking only the categories you do not want rather than disabling cookies entirely.
Updates to This Cookie Policy
We review this policy at least once a year and after any meaningful change to the cookies we set. When we make a material update, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, for significant changes, surface the cookie banner again so you can review your choices.
